Turnstone Hot Secret

At the Pontypool and District Open Show on 13 April 2013, Turnstone Hot Secret was Best Puppy in Breed. On 14 April 2013 at the Northern Counties Championship Show, she came 5th in Puppy Bitch and 4th in Maiden. On 28th April 2013 at WELKS she finished 2nd in Puppy Bitch.On 18th May 2013 she finished 1st in Puppy at the Royal Welsh Open Show. On 6th June 2013 at Three Counties Agricultural Show she finished 4th in Puppy Bitch and her older brother Turnstone Crackaway Jack finished 3rd in Open Dog. On 6th July 2013, she finished 2nd in Puppy Bitch at the East of England Agricultural Society Show .

CRUFTS 2013

We took 3 dogs to Crufts, Ch. Turnstone Hot To Trot, Turnstone Mistress To No One and Turnstone Crackaway Jack. There were 450 Whippets at Crufts. Turnstone Mistress To No One had VHC in a class of 28. Ch. Turnstone Hot To Trot also gained VHC in a class of 30 and Turnstone Crackaway Jack got to the last 7 in a class of 29.

TURNSTONE HOT SECRET - SHOW CAREER

After a few shows where she was rather unruly, she got her act together on Feb 23rd by winning Minor Puppy Bitch, Novice Bitch and best Puppy in Show at the National Whippet Association Show. On Mar 23rd she won Special Yearling, Best of Breed, Group 2 and won the Puppy Group and went on to become Best Puppy in Show at Bristol Open Show. On Mar 31st at the West Country Dog Club she was 1st in Special Yearling, was Best Puppy and Puppy Group 2. The following day at South West Hound Show she defeated 12 puppies to be Best Puppy in Breed and 4th best Puppy in Show.

BARRY, PENARTH AND SOUTH GLAMORGAN OPEN SHOW

On 25th November 2012 Turnstone Mistress to No One won the Open class and on 16th December 2012 at LKA Championship Show Turnstone Crackaway Jack finished 3rd in Open, Turnstone Mistress to No One won Post Graduate Bitch and Patsy Gilmour's Turnstone Tiger Lily won Limit Bitch and gained her 2nd Reserve CC.

SOUTH WALES KENNEL ASSOCIATION

John judged whippets here and his Best of Breed was Ch. Shalfleet Simply A Lord. We decided to keep a lovely Silver Brindle bitch puppy, which we have named Turnstone Hot Secret.

VALE OF GLAMORGAN OPEN SHOW

On 22nd August 2012 Turnstone Mistress to No One won Open Bitch.

BOURNEMOUTH CANINE ASSOCIATION

Turnstone Crackaway Jack came 3rd in Open Dogs, Turnstone Mistress to No One came 3rd in Post graduate and Ch. Turnstone Hot To Trot came 4th in Open Bitch

HOUND ASSOCIATION

On 4th August 2012 Turnstone Mistress to No One qualified for Crufts by coming 2nd in Post Graduate. She followed this up by coming 3rd in Post Graduate at Paignton the following week.

PUPPIES

Ch Crosscop Summer Breeze @ Turnstone produced 5 bitches and 3 dogs on 12 July 2012. The sire was Ch Spinneyhill Rainmaker of Railfield.

EAST OF ENGLAND AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

On 6th July Turnstone Tiger Lily gained a Reserve CC ( Owner - Mrs Patsy Gilmour )

ST MELLONS OPEN SHOW

On 30th June 2012 Turnstone Mistress To No One was 1st in Open and was Best of Breed and gained Group 2
